Pressurisation units are an important part of any sealed circulating system. They are designed to fill heating and chilled water systems. The principle is very basic and should not be confused with a similar plant such as cold water booster sets.
A pressurisation unit is connected into a closed system at a neutral point. This is the point that is not affected by the duty of a system pump. This is normally on the return to the main circulation pumps.
The importance of keeping good maintenance on these plant is to prevent failures on other parts of the systems such as the heating and chilled water pumps.
Our engineers are fully trained and have the knowledge to undertake servicing all types of pressurisation including both expansion and pumps style pressurisation units (details below).
We will also take into consideration the system designs, our engineers will not only service but they will also assess the system to check that they have been installed correctly and report any issues that could be the cause of ongoing problems.
To keep your system in the best condition we suggest and offer service contracts at a fixed price for 2~5 years.
