Vacuum degassing units are designed to remove air and dissolved gases from sealed heating and chilled water systems. They operate by drawing system water into a vacuum chamber, where a pump creates reduced pressure within the cylinder. This drop in pressure causes air and microbubbles to be released from the water. Once degassed, the water is discharged from the chamber and pumped back into the system, helping to maintain stable operation and improved efficiency.
Our engineers are trained by leading manufacturers of vacuum degassing equipment and have supplied and supported Flamco units for many years. During servicing or repair visits, they not only inspect all critical components but also check that the unit has been installed correctly in line with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
We also offer fixed-price service contracts for 2, 3 and 5 year terms, helping to keep your system in top condition while providing predictable maintenance costs and ongoing peace of mind.
